Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return Policy

All sales are final. Exceptional circumstances will be considered. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return shipments must be arranged through Robin Ward Photography and shipped in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns take 1-2 business days to process upon receipt. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. To initiate a return request, contact me.

Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately.

You must return the unused product to me within 14 days of notifying me of the request for refund, and you must pay for the return of the unused product to my specified address.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Within 1 hour - I wait 1 hour after you place your order before production begins. Within this hour, you are welcome to contact me if you wish to edit or if you change your mind.
